HMP and MVP Planning Grant

Jamie Caplan Consulting is a certified Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) consultant. Working with Fuss & O'Neill, we have collaborated to conduct an MVP program experience and a Hazard Mitigation Plan for the City of Pittsfield and the Towns of Lexington and Dighton. Through the MVP process communities prioritize actions that enhance climate change resiliency with consideration for local infrastructure, environment, and society. This effort coincides beautifully with the mitigation planning process. Jamie Caplan Consulting has developed a system to streamline the process for local governments interested in both projects. This process limits the amount of city employee project fatigue by using their time effectively.
